Rasssul Sadr Ameli  
     
  Born in Isfahan in 1953, began his career as a journalist in ETELA'AT daily; won the ETELA'AT scholarship for studying sociology in Montpellier, France; became the editor of Parliament Department in ETELA'AT after the revolution, produced "Rain of Blood" (1981, dir.: Amir Ghavidel); directed and produced "The Conquest of Bostan" in 1980; his debut feature film was titled "The Release".
